2006 - Times of change, the start of a new adventure?

We are going through alot of change right now, my parents are trying to wind down the farm, a BIG job. They also need to find time to look for jobs and find us somewhere to live. I love it here but ('sigh') who knows where we will be tomorrow? My nana doesnt like this place anymore, she never wants to come back. But no matter where in the world I will live. This will always be my Turangawaewae. I wish I could help my family but I'm too little. Gee, I wonder what our future holds for us? What am I going to be when I grow up?

Whats that noise?

I love music but I'm not sure I like what I'm hearing right now Dad! I dont know about this new music, who is R Kelly anyway? I like the old school music by artists such as Marvin Gaye, George Benson, Eric Clapton etc...

Look at me!

I love my jolly jumper, just try and get me out of this....oh wait there are two things that will get me out is my kai and a cuddle from my Dad & Mum.

On top of the parapara

Today I went up to the parapara to visit my tree. Its growing really well, just like me. I'm up high and I feel like I'm on top of the world!

Aunty Mahina-a-rangi

I found this photo and had to add it to my blog. This is my Aunty Mahina (Dad's cousin) this is us just before my first New Years 2006. She came over one day to get some kina with my Uncle Hamuera (not to be confused with Hamiora). She said she was going to show my Aunty Shelly and Uncle Gary some photo's of us. She's so nice... Hey! where's my kina??

Aunty Jo & my cousin Liam

Yesterday I went to see my Nanny Nancy, Aunty Jo and cousin Liam. He is a lot older than me and he goes to kura kaupapa in Harataunga. We have the same birthday July 11th! But he is 5 years older than me. Here we are playing on the trampoline at Uncle Tommy & Aunty Jo's house. I had a yummy animal cracker biscuit (which is why I'm smiling because I ate it while Mum wasn't looking hehehe!)

My car seat

I love my new carseat, actually my Aunty Az gave it to me THANKS!! Now I can sit up and face the front of the car like my Mum & Dad and I can see out the windows now(my other one only faced the backseat). My Aunty Moira & Uncle Devin brought it to my place in the long weekend (Auckland weekend). Hopefully they will be adding some of their photo's to my blog soon?
